Claim document kit

If a claim arises, we help you assemble the right papers, fill the forms correctly, and follow up with the insurer until settlement. We do not visit in person. We stay with you on call, WhatsApp and this website.

1. Death certificate

Issued by the municipal authority / registrar. Keep extra copies.

2. Original policy document

Or a lost-policy declaration if the paper copy cannot be found.

3. Nominee KYC

Aadhaar, PAN and a cancelled cheque / bank passbook of the nominee.

4. Claim form

Insurer’s death-claim form, filled completely. We help you fill it.

5. Medical records

Hospital records, discharge summary or treating-doctor certificate where relevant.

6. FIR / post-mortem

Required for accidental death. We share the exact list for your case.

7. Employer / income proof

Sometimes requested during investigation. We tell you if it applies.

8. Relationship proof

If the nominee name differs from KYC, add a gazette / affidavit as advised.

We recommend insurers with a strong claims record. We do not name a single company as exclusive. Always read the policy wording.
