  2. You attend a free career seminar.
  3. A short interview with a team leader.
  4. Registration (URN), then pre-licensing training and the IRDAI exam.
  5. Once you pass, you are coded and get Team Portal access.

Is there a fixed salary?

No. Earnings are commission-based, as per the insurer's rules, and depend on your effort and results. We explain how it works at the career seminar.

Do I need experience?

No prior experience is needed for advisors. Training, product decks and mentorship are provided.

Can I do this part-time?

Yes. You can start part-time alongside a job, business, studies or farming.

Is there an exam?

Yes. Every advisor must clear the IRDAI pre-licensing exam before being coded. We help you prepare for it.
